Optional storage
bm_sid in sessionStorage identifies a tab only after analytics permission and is removed when permission is withdrawn. Google Analytics cookies such as _ga can be created only when that integration is enabled and permitted. Refusing analytics does not remove login, basket or language functionality. Anonymous daily shop-link counters need no visitor cookie or localStorage identifier.
Changing your choice
Use Privacy settings at the bottom of every page. Refusal is as easy as acceptance. Optional analytics starts off; scrolling or continuing to browse does not grant consent.
